Our Returns Policy
You have 30 days from the date of shipment to request a return. If a product affects the normal operation of your bike or scooter during this period, we will accept the return and issue a refund. For minor defects, we will provide suitable compensation or replacement parts. Please note, returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be in its original condition (unworn, unused, and with no signs of wear or damage).
  • Show no more than 10 kilometres travelled, as displayed on the bike’s screen.
  • Include all original packaging, including accessories such as chargers, keys, and hardware.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damage or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at service@rinccbike.com. We will assess the issue and arrange a resolution as quickly as possible.

How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:

  1. Email service@rinccbike.com with your order number.
  2. State whether you are requesting a return or exchange.
  3. Provide the reason for your return.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back to us. Please note:

  • Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 48 hours and credited back to your original payment method.
  • Banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If you believe your returned bike has been delivered but haven’t heard from us, feel free to contact service@rinccbike.com to expedite the process.

Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items do not qualify for returns:

  • Products purchased from unauthorised dealers.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or human error.
  • Products that have been modified by the customer.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.
  • Accessories purchased separately, such as mudguards, gift boxes, racks, helmets, phone holders, air compressors, waterproof covers, locks, and mirrors.

Important Notes

  • Rincc’s return policy applies only to original purchasers who bought directly from authorised Rincc dealers.
  • Secondary owners (e.g., those who purchased second-hand) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Any self-modification of bike components will void the return and refund policy.

If the return is due to consumer reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. This fee will vary depending on the courier service chosen. However, if the return is due to our fault—for instance, receiving a damaged or incorrect product—we will cover the shipping costs.
