Accessories have been dispatched from our manufacturing hub!Estimated transit window: 15-25 business days via standard shipping.

Are customs and shipping included in the price?

Yes, your order total covers all fees – no additional charges or taxes.

How does the refund process work

​Valid proof of purchase (original receipt/order invoice) must accompany all returns. Unauthorized shipments to our logistics centers will be rejected.

Important note: Bicycles and accessories may ship separately due to logistics optimization, resulting in different delivery timelines for each component.

How can I change the order product/information?

You can request order modifications by emailing service@rincc.bike before your order enters the shipping process.

How can I confirm my order was successfully placed?

Order Confirmation Process​
Upon successful payment processing, you'll instantly receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. This email will include:

  • Your unique order number
  • Itemized purchase details
  • Estimated fulfillment timeline

Can I cancel my order for personal reasons?

Sure, your order can be canceled before dispatch.

  1. If no shipping confirmation has been received, email our customer service to cancel/modify your order. We'll process your request within 24 hours of email receipt.
  2. If shipping notification was already sent, order modifications become unavailable. You may either accept the delivery or initiate a return for refund after receipt.

Is the bike’s battery affected by cold temperatures?

Cold weather can impact battery performance. Optimal range and power output are achieved in mild temperatures. Riding in winter is safe, but charge indoors when possible. If parking outdoors in freezing conditions, avoid letting the battery fully drain.

Always unplug once fully charged, regardless of temperature. For long-term storage, maintain the battery at 40-60% charge to preserve its health.

What is rincc warranty policy?

What should I do if my Rincc ebikes were damaged upon delivery?

Rincc replace all components damaged during transit.​​
Electric bike shipping issues must be reported to Rincc within 14 days of delivery (applies to all products). Supporting documentation (e.g., video evidence) may be requested to verify damage and process your warranty claim.
