Prodotto buono, da consigliare

Prodotto buono, rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo, consegna avvenuta in anticipo da quanto previsto. Assemblaggio abbastanza facile, servizio clienti efficace per avere il manuale tradotto in italiano, batteria buona e duratura, motore pronto. In conclusione un prodotto da consigliare a chi non vuole spendere un esagerazione per vuole divertirsi.

Après quelques sorties avec le RN50, je peux dire que je ne regrette pas du tout mon achat. Le moteur aide bien dans les montées, le vélo reste léger à conduire et le confort est top même sur les routes un peu abîmées. J’aime aussi beaucoup le design, il fait moderne sans être trop “agressif”. Très bon vélo pour les balades et les déplacements de tous les jours.

Franchement super surpris par ce vélo. Le RN50 est vraiment agréable à rouler, surtout en ville. Les grandes roues de 29 pouces donnent une bonne stabilité et la batterie tient largement pour mes trajets quotidiens. Le montage était simple et le vélo arrive très bien emballé. Pour le prix, je trouve la qualité vraiment au rendez-vous.

La bici è arrivata ben imballata e quasi già montata. In poco tempo ero già in giro a provarla. Molto comoda da guidare, posizione rilassata e ottima stabilità. Mi piace soprattutto il design sportivo ma elegante allo stesso tempo. Per uso quotidiano o passeggiate nel weekend è perfetta.

Dopo circa due settimane di utilizzo posso dire che è stata una bella sorpresa. Il motore aiuta bene in salita e il cambio Shimano funziona in modo fluido. Il display a colori è molto chiaro anche sotto il sole. Cercavo una bici elettrica semplice ma fatta bene, e questa RN50 secondo me centra perfettamente l’obiettivo.

Sono davvero contento dell’acquisto. La RN50 è leggera, comoda e molto più bella dal vivo rispetto alle foto. La uso tutti i giorni per andare al lavoro e la batteria dura tranquillamente diversi giorni. Anche sulle strade rovinate si guida bene grazie alle ruote grandi da 29”. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Review 1 - Ordering, Delivery & Assembly:

* My anxiety about placing an online order for a product from a company that I’d never heard of included “does the bike exist?” and if so “will it even get delivered?”. The communication and reassurance I received from Customer Support was fabulous and set an example that any company would be proud of.

* Having placed my order I was sceptical of both the delivery timescale and the condition that the bike would be delivered in. I couldn’t have been more wrong! My doorbell rang within a matter of days and a smiling delivery man helped carry the box up all the stairs to my apartment without complaint.The packaging was most impressive with lots of packing and padding to protect all the vulnerable parts of the bike including the paintwork and everything was cable tied to prevent damage.

* All technical/difficult assembly items (electric motor, wiring loom, rear wheel and gears etc) were already assembled leaving me to build the simple bits like front wheel, handlebars, pedals and ancillaries. The process was straightforward and took less than an hour. The pedals were even labelled Left and Right with stickers to show the direction of tightening (clockwise for one, anti-clockwise for the other) which was helpful. I was also impressed by the high quality of materials and the standard of manufacturing (weld quality, component assembly, paint finish).

A very impressive product even before considering the (very competitive) price point. Review 2 will cover how it rides and performs
